We have been busy lately, and for once, it’s not for work! We bought a new house (more on that below) but in even more exciting news….
We are expecting a baby girl in February!
You guys, that’s my camera from when I was a kid.
I know! I can’t believe it either. We are very excited and the timing of this has worked out perfectly. I’m thankful not to be due during wedding season! We will be photographing our remaining fall weddings as normal and then taking a break February and March. Then back to weddings in April!
When I haven’t been busy baking a baby, we have been working on our new house. We bought it back in July but didn’t move in until last week. So the last couple of months have been full of doing things like removing mirror backsplashes, painting 90% of the house, refinishing hardwoods, painting orange countertops, removing carpet, installing new hardwoods, and napping. Pregnant ladies like napping.
So there you have it! That’s where we’ve been and what’s going on. I am SO looking forward to beginning our fall wedding season! But for now, back to unpacking boxes…
